These terms are the official agreement between yomabet and players who use the yomabet platform (https://yomabet.mom). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and players are encouraged to check it regularly.

1Introduction & Agreement

yomabet is an online gaming platform offering live casino games, slots, and football betting services for players in Myanmar. Players must use the platform personally and are not permitted to act on behalf of any third party.

If you do not understand these terms, you may contact yomabet's 24-hour support team. If you do not agree to the terms, we advise you not to use the platform.

2Access and Age Requirements

To play at yomabet, players must be at least 21+. yomabet is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by a player who registers and plays in violation of this age requirement. The account may also be suspended immediately.

• The player must be residing in or accessing from Myanmar.
• Personal information must be filled in accurately and completely.
• The player must have no intention of engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activities.
• Only one account per person is allowed; opening more than one account is a violation.

3Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, the player must provide their correct name, ID number, and contact details. Providing inaccurate information may result in withdrawal blocks.

Terms and Conditions

• The player is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.
• yomabet may request supporting documents at any time, and the player must submit them within 7 days.
• Sharing your account with others is not allowed.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. If it is compromised, you must notify yomabet immediately.

4Deposit Terms and Conditions

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. All deposits must be made only from a payment method owned by the player.

• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for all payment methods).
• Third-party funds (including from family members) are not accepted. If such a deposit is detected, the funds will be reversed and the account will be reviewed.
• If an issue arises after making a deposit, the player must retain the transaction reference.
• Although a direct in-game deposit service is available, if a deposit made during an active game session is lost in that session, yomabet will review and reconsider its determination of whether yomabet bears responsibility for that loss.

5Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method the player used to deposit on this platform. KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer are accepted, as they are for deposits.

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Standard withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time, UTC+6:30).
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds require the wagering requirement to be met; an income verification check may also delay withdrawals.
• Withdrawals for players who are currently under KYC verification may be held until the verification is complete.
• Pure winnings from real money only (with no bonus funds) can be withdrawn without any restrictions.

6Bonus and Promotion Terms and Conditions

All bonuses given to players at yomabet can only be withdrawn as cash once the specified wagering requirement has been met.

First Deposit Bonus

yomabet's welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is 15x the bonus amount.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum cap) → Balance 620,000 Ks → Wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Withdrawal of bonus funds is only available once the wagering requirement for each individual bonus has been met.
• Each bonus can be claimed only once per player. If the same IP address, payment method, or personal details are used to claim a bonus more than once, only the first claim will remain valid and the other accounts will be reviewed.
• If a withdrawal is attempted after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance may be forfeited.
• The terms and conditions for each promotion will be published at the time of the promotion and apply together with these General Terms and Conditions.

7General Gaming Terms and Conditions

Players must participate in games provided by yomabet in a fair play manner. Software exploitation, misuse of autoplay scripts, or colluding with other players to cheat are strictly prohibited.

• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are therefore considered fair; players must accept this.
• If an incorrect result occurs due to a server technical fault, yomabet may investigate and resolve it, and reverse the relevant funds accordingly.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled during football betting, the bets on that match will be settled in accordance with yomabet's decision.
• Any disputes relating to gameplay must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the game ending; disputes raised after this period cannot be investigated.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yomabet platform—

• Any gambling behaviour related to money laundering or financial fraud
• Creating multiple accounts intentionally to obtain bonuses (multi-account abuse)
• Playing using gambling software tools (bots, scripts, or automation tools)
• Exploitation of game software, reverse engineering, or attempting to breach server differences
• Colluding with other players
• Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting server glitches

If any of these prohibited activities are detected through operational monitoring, yomabet may immediately close the account and confiscate all remaining funds.

9Account Closure and Suspension

yomabet may close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• When activities violating these terms and conditions are detected through operational monitoring
• When it is found that an account was registered with false personal information
• When financial transactions that violate the law are detected through operational monitoring
• When a player requests self-exclusion

If a player wishes to close their own account, they may contact us via Live Chat to request this, and funds for which the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.

10Personal Data Protection

yomabet protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Data will not be sold to any third party or shared for commercial purposes. For more details, please visit the Privacy Policy page.

• By using the platform, players are considered to have agreed to the privacy policy.
• Players may request to update or delete their personal data through Live Chat.

11Technical Service Availability

Although yomabet strives to provide round-the-clock service on its platform, the service may be temporarily interrupted due to the following reasons—

• Scheduled server maintenance periods — advance notice will be given
• Unexpected technical faults
• Connectivity issues at the player's location

If a game in progress is lost due to a server outage, yomabet will investigate and resolve the matter, and will make efforts to protect the player's funds.

12Limitation of Liability

yomabet cannot be held responsible in the following situations—

• Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions
• Financial losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or political events (force majeure)
• Network issues on the player's end

If disputes relating to yomabet's service cannot be resolved through the support team (Live Chat or [email protected]), the player may continue to pursue the matter; however, yomabet's decision is considered the final resolution.

13Amendment of Terms and Effect

yomabet may amend and publish these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be noted under the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be contrary to the law, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. yomabet's decision is final in such matters.
